Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on the "add to basket" button on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Check out" link and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payment will be made by credit/debit card.

If you are an existing TMC customer with a unique reference number you can chose to either pay by Debit/Credit card or if advised on the order we can transfer the order to your account to be processed as normal after verification.

Shipping And Handling Overnight Delivery.

We despatch all orders on an overnight delivery service.

Whilst delivery is usually within 24 hours we cannot Guarantee that your order will be delivered Next Day.

Due to unprecedented demand at peak times we have found that a Next Day Service can take up to 3 days, especially in city centre delivery zones or rural locations.

Delivery to Mainland UK

Shipping charge on any mainland UK order under £195.00 is £7.50

Please call TMC if you are outside of the following shipping zones.

Mainland UK is defined as follows:

Delivery throughout England, Wales, Southern and Central Scotland (including Postcodes AB10 - 25, 30, 32 and 39 - 43, PH1 - 18 and PA 1 - 19) Goods despatched by us are usually delivered next day up to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The following zones must be shipped by our courier at the following rates:

Northern Ireland
£19.50 per consignment + £1 per kg

Isle of Wight
£19.50 for 10kg then 45p per kg

Isle of Man
£19.50 for 10kg then £1 per kg

Scottish Islands
£39.50 for 10kg then 69p per kg

Scottish Highlands
£21.50 for 10kg then 65p per kg

VAT is applicable on all carriage costs.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery of all first time orders must be made to the cardholders statement address. Subsequent orders may be delivered to a 3rd party address upon agreement with TMC.

We will normally send your order to you in 2 to 3 business days if the items are in stock.
Items not in stock will be despatched as soon as they are available.
We will usually ship the order when complete.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security

SECPay

When you enter your credit/debit card details you are automatically taken from the TMC website to SECPay.

SECPay are a secure payment agent who handle transactions on behalf of Internet retailers. The payment page is secured using 128 Bit Encryption to ensure the maximum security of your credit card.

Payment details are only decrypted after they reach SECPay. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

After payment has been made you will be redirected to the TMC Online store.
